A lot of what the Red Deer Cultural Heritage Society does involves wonderful volunteers such as yourself! We would not be able to do most of what we do without you! So, why volunteer with the RDCHS?
Since the formation of the Red Deer Cultural Heritage Society, previously known as the Red Deer International Folk Festival Society, has Society has sponsored and provided entertainment for many local, national and international events since it was formed in 1969. Through its participation in such events, the operation of the Cronquist House, Festival Hall and the production of the annual Canada Day celebrations, the Society has made significant contributions towards the preservation of Central Alberta's rich cultural heritage.
